EvaDrag is a template builder platform that allows users to create, customize, and manage templates for Zoho services. We provide tools for template creation, editing, and integration with Zoho applications.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Register for an account with valid information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

Our service operates on a subscription basis:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) remain the property of EvaDrag. Users retain rights to their content while granting us license to use it for service operation.

  • You must have rights to content you upload
  • You must not violate others' intellectual property rights
  • We may remove content that violates these terms

7. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Attempt to breach system security
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Exceed usage limits of your subscription plan

8. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We provide no warranties for service interruptions beyond our control.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Zoho Integration

Our Zoho integration is subject to:

  • Zoho's terms of service and API limitations
  • Users must comply with Zoho's policies
  • We're not responsible for Zoho service interruptions
  • Integration features may change based on Zoho's API changes

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

  • Terms of Service violations
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Extended period of inactivity

12. Limitation of Liability

EvaDrag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notification.
